This Privacy Policy explains how Lesh handles information when you use the application and its AI-powered photo-to-story generation features. It is intended to help you understand what data is involved in the process, how it is used, and what control you retain at all times.
Lesh is operated by Lesh Team. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please discontinue use of the application.
Lesh allows users to upload photographs and receive an AI-generated written character story inspired by visual elements in the image. The service relies on automated systems to interpret general visual cues and transform them into narrative content.
To provide this functionality, certain data must be processed temporarily. Lesh is designed to minimize data use and does not require personal identification to function. We do not operate as a social network, identity service, or user profiling platform.
When you choose to use Lesh, you may provide:
· Photos you upload for story generation
· Optional text inputs that guide tone or theme
· In-app actions related to generating or viewing results
You are not required to submit your name, contact details, or any form of verified identity to use the core features of the app.
Uploaded images are processed by automated AI systems solely for the purpose of generating narrative text. During this process, the system may analyze general visual elements such as:
· Scene composition
· Clothing, posture, or environment
· Visual mood, lighting, and contextual cues
This analysis is functional and interpretive in nature. It exists only to support creative text generation and does not involve human review.
Some photos may include human faces. When this occurs:
· Lesh does not perform facial recognition
· Lesh does not identify or verify individuals
· Lesh does not create facial templates, biometric profiles, or identity records
Any automated detection of facial regions is limited to general visual understanding required to shape narrative tone (for example, interpreting expressions in a fictional or artistic sense). This processing is temporary and non-identifying.
Lesh does not use facial data for authentication, tracking, behavioral profiling, advertising, or cross-application identification.
Lesh follows a limited-retention approach:
· Images are processed and then removed from active systems after generation
· Generated stories may be temporarily accessible within the app for user viewing
· You control your generation history and may delete content at any time
Once deleted by the user, associated content is permanently removed from Lesh’s systems and cannot be recovered.
Lesh does not maintain long-term archives of uploaded photos for model training or secondary use.
Content generated by Lesh is produced on-demand for the user who requested it. Lesh does not:
· Reuse your images or stories for public display
· Sell or license user-generated content
· Use personal images for advertising or promotional material
Any internal use of anonymized outputs is limited to improving system stability and performance, without linking content back to individual users.
Depending on your device and usage, Lesh may request limited permissions, such as:
· Photo access: to allow you to select images for upload
· Storage access: to save generated text or previews if you choose
Lesh does not require microphone access, contact lists, location data, or background tracking to function.
Permissions are used only when actively triggered by your actions.
Lesh may rely on infrastructure providers to support secure processing and delivery of AI features. These providers are contractually required to handle data in accordance with privacy and confidentiality standards and are not permitted to use your content for independent purposes.
No third-party advertising SDKs or behavioral trackers are integrated into the core storytelling features.
Lesh is intended for users aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe that a minor has submitted information through the app, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or app functionality. When updates occur, the effective date at the top of this document will be revised. Continued use of Lesh after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
